Lennart Hennig (he/him)

Lennart is an embodiment, intimacy and leadership coach. He explores the edges of personal and cultural development through the angles of consciousness, embodiment, safety, trauma and co-creativity. His deepest inquiry is the potential we can tap into when we begin to accept and integrate every part of our being and our human experience to reach a state of wholeness. He is particularly intrigued by the alchemical or shamanic power our shadows and traumas hold for us, and how the liberation of our deepest desires from shame and guilt reveals a deep level of healing waiting inside of us, when we start living from our whole truth and honor our erotic life force unapologetically.
